For help with MiCaso accounts, subscriptions, USCIS case tracking, optional sync, uploaded notices, data deletion, or technical issues, email support@petitionpro.io.
What to include
Include your name, the email address used for MiCaso if applicable, the device type, the issue you are seeing, and a screenshot if it helps. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive immigration documents by email.
Account and data deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion from inside the MiCaso app through Profile. Users can also visit https://app.micasoapp.com/data-deletion for deletion instructions.
Subscriptions
MiCaso Plus subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store must be managed or canceled through the store account used for purchase. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Government affiliation
MiCaso is operated by PETITIONPRO LLC and is not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, or any government agency. MiCaso support cannot change USCIS records or make government decisions.
