Client Management
Create clients from the Cases tab, send intake links, and search existing clients by name, email, or case ID.
Case Management
Select relationship and process type, save edits, open existing cases, manage status, and export case backups.
Intake Workflows
Clients complete guided intake in the portal, while preparers can review and edit the same data in dashboard tabs.
Form Generation
Generate USCIS form drafts only after the case data has been reviewed and saved.
Document Management
Use upload categories to separate petitioner, beneficiary, USCIS notices, evidence, preparer uploads, and client review copies.
Team Accounts
Organization users can collaborate on cases, use internal notes, and manage work when another preparer is unavailable.
Troubleshooting
For login issues, reset password. For missing fields, save the corrected case. For upload issues, confirm file type and size.
