A simple workflow from new client to review-ready USCIS package.

PetitionPro organizes the preparation process into clear steps so preparers and clients know what comes next.

Step 1: Create a client

Add the client name, email, phone, and package setup from the Cases tab.

Choose the relationship and whether the matter is adjustment of status or consular processing.

The client completes the portal intake, or the preparer enters and corrects information in the dashboard.

Clients and preparers upload supporting documents, USCIS notices, evidence, translations, and form copies.

Once data is reviewed, preparers generate draft forms from the latest saved case information.

Preparers check spelling, dates, addresses, signatures, missing fields, and USCIS requirements before filing.
